Has UEFA warned Sevco about their klanbase in Seville?

With only a day to go, the pleading from the legneds is now off the scale.

Sevco’s first-ever manager, Ally McCoist, is the latest to beg the Ibrox klanbase not to kick off in Seville.

“Please, please, please”.

Graham Spiers is correct to call this out.

Now, if I didn’t know any better, I would think that there had been some communication from Nyon to the Sevco High Command warning that a re-run of Manchester 2008 will bring severe consequences.

That would explain the cringe-worthy videos begging Sevco’s fans to impersonate decent human beings for the time they are in and around Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium and the designated klanzone.

The world and her significant other expects the Bearmacht to act as advertised.

Manchester, George Square, actually anywhere that they congregate there is trouble.

Anyone who thinks that the Ibrox klanbase will  behave like ordinary football fans when they’re in Seville is like expecting the Aryan Brotherhood to respectfully engage with events around Black History Month.

I wonder if this Ulster Scotch chap in Narne Arne has a favourite Glasgow team?

Lest we forget.

Dear reader, this is what happens when you build a business model around the trailer trash of a dead empire and tell them that their original club did not die in ignominy in 2012.

It is certainly clear that the Sevco High Command are fearing the worst form their valued customers who are out in Spain.

Of course, the Stenography Corps already have their oven-ready copy to minimise and mitigate the behaviour of their dignified demographic:

Tiny minority.

Frankfurt fans started it.

Heavy-handed policing.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Fourth estate in fair Caledonia should be all over this.

Instead, it is a UEFA accredited journalist in another country that is working this story.

Yeah, in another country…

Not a good look, Scotland.

  1. It’s started already ( the use of opposition attacking sevco fans )
Big Mike Ashley after years of court agrees a non disclosure amount ! Why ? Why would he ? What about F.O.I. ? Why do sevco get away with hiding everything they do with non disclosures ?
Phil how much did Ashley skin them for ?

  2. Is it also possible that they really are trying to sell club and know that any major trouble in Seville will kill their chances of finding buyer?

  3. Dear or dear, father pray for Sevilla. These knuckle dragging zombie scum have no moral right to be in such a beautiful city, I fear we will be watching the unfortunate carnage unfold before our eyes.
    God bless Sevilla.
Eintracht Frankfurt FC, please administer natural justice to this abomination.

  4. Seems like the ‘over-the-top’ SMSM reporting of the 6 arrests – and widespread littering – by thousands of naughty CFC fans celebrating in Glasgow,

was to perhaps soften the reporting of the sevco fans’ behaviour in Seville?

“Both sets of supporters as bad as each other” is the only desperate, straw they can try and grasp at… 🙁

  5. The Daily Rectum carried a story earlier, about Spanish cops getting ready to receive Eintracht Frankfurt hooligans – no mention of the impending armageddon should the fan-zone tellies go on the blink!

If an edict was served upon sevco by uefa, this then puts them in a bit of a quandary.. do they deny any association with the unfortunate events in Manchester, in 2008, as it was the “old” club, thus opening themselves (and the SFA) up to forensic scrutiny of the malfeasance of 2012, or do they go down the “same klub” route, which will bring in the most severe sanctions possible??

    Interesting 48 hours ahead, methinks!!

  6. My sister, who lives in Spain is already sending me pictures of their destruction from a family owned restaurant in Seville.
