GAA PALESTINE STATEMENT 16TH JULY 2025

For those of us who wanted to see the GAA Palestine tour of Ireland happen this month, today has been another one of sadness and frustration.

The organisation has laid out the facts on Instagram to counter the government narrative, refuting the Taoiseach’s comments that the trip had been “haphazardly organised”.

Dear reader, the real story here is WHY these visas were not approved?

Who gained by this tour not taking place?

Cui bono?

  1. Even the thought of having to go to Is….real for verification purposes shows how much the free staters think of these kids. There heads should hang in shame. FG/FF need to go. 32.

  2. Ireland may well be “above” all this bow down stuff. However the questions need to be asked of who made the initial decision to refuse the visas? Was it local or in Ireland?
Why isn’t that decision being overturned by the current leadership in government?

Do the Israelis have some pressure point on the decision makers?

This whole thing stinks and the lack of transparency from the government leaders in Dublin is screaming cover up and damage limitation!
