I have a craic dealer called Tadhg

Here in Ireland, we’ve been under one of the most restrictive lockdown regimes in the world.

Consequently, many of us have been forced to find life-affirming bonhomie remotely.

During the government imposed isolation I located a craic dealer in the Rebel County.

His name is Tadhg Hickey.

As regular readers will know I’ve already included some of his hilarious brilliance in previous posts.

His depiction of Ulsturr Layalism in a Sevco shirt brought him the usual threats from the Ibrox klanbase.

Welcome to my world young fella!

It would be fair to say that Tadhg now ticks the box of “internet sensation”.

He recently used his popularity to raise money for the Aida Refugee Camp in Palestine.

Somehow he has managed to overcome a shoestring budget and generate videos with surprisingly high production values.

However, it all comes back to the writing and that is what shines through.

Full disclosure, I was honoured to assist with one of the scripts.

It was the one dealing with the oppression of the Palestinian people and the role of the Brits in setting up the entire shit show.

Now, I wish I could claim responsibility for “Ottoman Properties”, but that was the Hickey fella!

He’s now moved onto the Patreon thingy and this is the reason for this post.
