Looks like SDI won the match 2-1. 2 Judges opinion that Rangers broke the SDI agreement by chasing money from Elite/Hummel. 1 judge disagreed.
I guess another court hearing for the actual compensation that SDI are due – this will drag on for another year or so
So what the outcome ???
Thank you Tom
Not to worry, The Champions League money the Celtic PLC gifted them will more than cover it.
It’s like 2011 all over again!
But without the bankruptcy this time.
Rama, they are still as far away from the Champion’s League Group as my first shoite.
Incidentally we will also be in the CL qualifying rounds, we have not conceded any CL money to THEM yet.
I do get your drift though.
Another thing worth pointing out,on the court itinerary, they are referred to asTHE rangers football club, why would that be the case if it’s still the same club?,when it comes to the courts,EVERYTHING is precisely detailed, they’re not given to mistakenly identifying anything.
It was my understanding that this case had already been decided in SDIs favourite, the upcoming court action was to decide on the actual monetary amount,am I mistaken?, thanks.
You are correct Edward.
