This dossier does not merit an EGM.
Sevco winning the vote at an EGM is unthinkable and their tricky media games with opinions of their pals won’t change that.

Most fans see The Rangers as a sham club whose predecessor cheated Scottish football with an attitude of self entitlement.
Most Rangers fans have still not come to terms with what has happened and are very bitter about it. They are being encouraged at every step to turn this bitterness on everyone else. This is easy for them with their WATP mentality.
Add in the fact that for the core Unionist support their bigoted and political positions are less and less popular in Scotland this is only adding to their sense of bewilderment.
They should have been allowed to die peacefully in 2012 which would have benefited Scottish football and society.
I fear that the club with most to lose financially from them dying was the one who most wanted them back. (Resolution 12). I also think a large number of Celtic fans were so used to having Rangers to hate that they needed them. As Phil would say ‘an uncomfortable truth’ guys you need to face up to.
Take off the green specs and wake up to the fact there is a huge division within Scottish football. There may not have been the smoking gun some hoped for, but there is enough in the dossier to assure this will fester for years to come. More so if reconstruction is denied. The problem here is, “rangers” are citing many instances of governance issues, and in isolation, each instance of misgovernance may indeed be so. However, when the scope of any enquiry is widened to look at other aspects of misgovernance within the Scottish game, it becomes inevitable that incidents such as the Jorge Cadete case, the 5-way agreement, etc also come under the microscope. This enquiry that’s being asked for is going to open up a can of worms. You can fully expect that the “Res12” file currently gathering dust on Hampden’s 6th floor will find its way into a DHL plastic flyer, and a barcoded addressed airwaybill with the delivery address of the Court of Arbitration for Sport attached, and delivered to them overnight. Alex Rae was making a stern defence on Radio Clyde tonight. Seemingly the SPFL should be investigating the alleged bullying by championship clubs. No one has come forward to complain directly of bullying but it needs to be investigated. I have tried to play this out in my mind. Two championship chairmen talking on the phone. I can’t come up with anything one would say that would be deemed bullying that the other wouldn’t counter with a loud “eff off”. When I was at school bullying involved threats of violence or heads down the lavvy. It seems to include any disagreement these days.

Both him and his brother, the late Christopher Hitchens, have written a plethora of interesting works. Regardless of your own personal political convictions, both these brothers provide insightful points of view – many times polemic – in their numerous works. The irony is that Chris went full turn in his politics. Originally a leftist he ended up supporting the illegal invasion of Iraq!

I’m looking forward now to the board all turning on King and his costly endeavours . The outcry that the crook has shafted them and caused another 30 mill and counting of debt . Will Dave the Lying King gift his shares to the support , I doubt it . Will big Mick take his 10 mill owed and shares to add in another grabb for control . I could never understand why the fans allowed Paul Murray ,king,park and the easdales to cause so much humiliation . They should cough up the accounts before they are allowed anywhere near or league and buisness providers services , as there can be little doubt that the lot in control just now are a shambles .

I never quite understand the de rigueur championing of Christopher Hitchens. Like Davie Cooper, he gets better with every passing year he’s been gone. An intelligent and eloquent man undoubtedly. Though, completely sold his intellectual jersey and became little more than US imperialism champion. Peter is well worth a read on most things, like him or not, yet remains the unfashionable blacksheep.
