A begrudged communiqué from a novelist about a guru in trouble

Despite my pleas for a bit of writing leave a very well-placed source was in just in touch.

He rather breathlessly told me that there was an emergency conclave of the Sevco High Command today.

The only item on the agenda was the future of their notorious PR guru.

Interestingly the Convict Chairman did not dial in from South Africa because he wasn’t invited.

My information is that the Serious Professional had no idea that the ranting statement on the 12-year-old boy was being written never mind uploaded to the club’s website.

The first he knew about it was when he started to get angry calls from directors.

It was SO bad that the Conveyancing Consigliere was called a real lawyer who pointed out the potential contempt issues with the statement.

It was this original version of the statement that prompted this stinging response on Twitter from journalist Graham Spiers.

Then some chap in Club 1872, peace be upon him, decided to make the situation worse.

Unfortunately, there was unanimity in the Blue Room about their PR guru.

Apparently, the only matter to be discussed was the timing of his departure.

Of course, this entire shit show started with Translategate and Celtic are not for backing down on that one.

It’s amazing what the top the guys at Parkhead will do when the beloved brand is damaged.

I’m told that there is now a massive internal investigation ongoing within Sky Scotland.

Celtic have provided a few examples to that broadcast organisation about where they think that the Parkhead club has not been dealt with fairly.

Consequently, a few careers, both behind and in front of the camera, could be over at Sky Scotland rather quickly.

Yes, it is a developing story, but I really need to do other stuff dear reader.

  1. Phil , please, please, please take them up on their offer of letting Journalists onto their diversity training course. They would have to either admit its only Everyone and Anyone who kicks the ball with the right foot or give you months worth of comedic material.

  2. The blue mafia, placemen in the media, unfortunately through Freemasonry control of jobs, have been caught red handed.

    They’re organised, premeditated and malicious.

A step change clear out is required. Not one or two singled out to be made an example of, but the whole gang.

BBCs Mikey should be involved in football in Scotland before James Traynor.

  3. Yes, it is a good time to take a break down the word mines as this story gathers momentum. Sportscene also needs a clear out…behind the camera…over the Michael Stewart shambles. Time to sit back and watch the contortions of broadcasters who claim to be impartial. Good luck with the next opus, Phil.

  4. I stated on one my posts last week someone was for the off regarding the PR shitstorm . Either The Fat Controller or Slippy . As I said Slippy having to come out and try I defend the FAKE news fatman Traynor was putting out there was not good for Slippy and his image . So I reckon Gerrard put his cards on the table me or big fatty . The thing is though the board are In a catch 22 situation as they need the manager on board with them but they also require the backing of the fans who in turn are backing big fatty and club 1872. Some hard choices to be made remember they need whatever cash they can chisel out of club 1872 . Don’t be surprised if it’s Slippy that goes . I very surprised it took club 1872 this long to be called in for back up .
