This is the week that Craig Whyte’s book is launched.
In a wonderful piece of trolling it will be in all good bookshops on Administration Day.

Roses are red.
Violets are blue.
When the klan welcomed Craigie boy were they on the glue?

Of course, the reason that The People were so giddy with excitement back in May 2011 was that they had been told that he was a billionaire.

Today the chap that broke that earth-shattering world exclusive was getting his story as straight as possible under the circumstances.
If must you can read it here in the Daily Radar.
What you can also do if you are so minded dear reader is to search this site for my contemporaneous reporting on Mr Whyte and the financial state of the original Rangers.
I am happy to stand over my journalism from that period.
Consequently, I feel no need to indulge in any exercise in self-pitying justification.
When Mr Whyte decided to accept Sir David Murray’s offer and take the reigns at Ibrox he knew one thing for sure:
The local media had a succulent lamb addiction and they would beg for scraps at the foot of the marble staircase in Ibrox.
Sadly, little has changed.
Indeed, since the Off License Putsch of March 2015 the Stenography Corps has been happy to take Mr King at his word.

That is even though a Judge in South Africa stated in open court that King was a “glib and shameless liar”.
That mattered not a jot to the Ibrox klanbase.
As far as they were concerned, he was a minted Bear who would bankroll their delusions of adequacy.

Of course, they believed the same thing about Mr Whyte because they read it in the Daily Record.
Today the same journalist asks you to believe that the Daily Radar is some bastion of journalistic integrity.
Now, I will leave you to make up your own mind on that one dear reader.
However, you may wish to read a professor of journalism on the subject of the Daily Record and Rangers.
Have a great day!

Jackson’s article contained pejorative language towards Celtic fans to enamour himself to TRFC fans.
His focus is saving his rep with sevconians in the face of the truth. Sevconians should never have forgiven him.
Celtic fans should never ever forgive him.
Hasn’t he been banned at Celtic Park for years?
Keith Jackson has stated he investigated Whyte with Paul Murray and came up with his dubious business past, putting files together on Whyte.
Alastair Johnstone stated he verbally briefed SDM with other Directors and handed him files and an investigators report on Whyte (before the sale). I suppose that included Paul Murray’s files.
SDM stated under oath during the Whyte criminal trial that he didn’t know about White’s past at all. Was that perjury?
Donald Findlay QC stated to SDM in the witness box (regarding Whyte), I think you knew, but I can’t prove you knew.
He was letting SDM off the hook. But putting him over a barrel in the event of any future nonsense from him. Did Findlay’s cross examination questioning expertly funnel SDM into lying on the stand?
If SDM knew fully about Whyte before selling him RFC, it starts to bring forth numerous Legal questions.
In addition to the comparisons of temperament between Eddie and Saint Alfredo, different ends of the scale, we have Morelos once again talking up a move to a bigger league and lets throw Liverpool’s name into the interested pot according to the man himself. Perhaps Stevie G will take him with him when he takes the reins from Klopp next season?
Meanwhile Eddie’s main focus is about the two years left on his Celtic contract whilst being flattered by the growing list of potential suitors.
On the basis that Mr. Jackson…or one of his lackeys…reads this…
Compare yourself to Gareth Jones…
Then go hang your head in shame.
Journalist ma arse…!!
My favourite bit…”It was now clear that Whyte had effectively crippled Rangers before he had even bought them, by funding his takeover in a mortgaging deal with Ticketus.”
So was that money not used to clear the DEBT of £18m owed to the Bank by Murray post Chequebook Rangers by Minty and Co or did Craigy just pay that off with the spare change down the back of his Billionaire Sofa?
Murray’s debt to Lloyds was switcherood to RFCs debt to Ticketus.
It was only fair really, Murray had spent the £18m on EBT title success (including his own £6m in EBT) , which made it in real terms value £18m+ tax on top. Those titles had to be paid for by the fans who enjoyed them.
Three years of payback by fans was only fair for their enjoyment of the title success (Tax cheating).
Except everyone knew RFC couldn’t survive with three years of season tickets gone. Everyone knew Ticketus was heading for a Creditors pot with the taxman too.
So the snuff piece produced to explain the duff piece written under duress by Puff Keef was definitely actually his own work?
The Booze Jockey aka Keith Jackass was probably full of the Buckfast when giving his orders to get the fake news story out there . A big massive case of buckie and a good smoke and him sitting at his laptop with his wee tomato face glowing in the dark what a picture that must have looked as he typed away into the small hours .
Let’s all wish Jackie a speedy recovery.
I like the fact he’s actually admitting…..what we all already knew.
Lump.of wood the man.
Talk about squirrels, I heard this recently (maybe I read it?)
If you watch a squirrel for long enough it will either rape or be raped.
Apt for that pile of pish.
There is nothing like getting your revenge in early; the book isn’t even out yet! The Scottish Media proved itself last week when wihout any secondary confirmation, the Scottish Sun,the Daily Record, the Evening Times, the Herald,STV et al repeated SKY’s and Steven Gerrard’s definitive word that Celtic and its supporters are racist.
The conspiracy behind the Rangers’ takeover was covered in Craig Whytes’ trial in 2017. In 2009,Sir David Murray’s company, ,Murray International, was “technically Insolvent” with, due to the Banking Collapse in 2008.no access to further loans to add to”the already hundreds of millions of debt” that Murray International had.Consequently Lloyds bank made a deal with Sir David that if he sold Rangers he would be given a loan to buy the only two parts of Murray International that were in profit and this was exactly what happened. The other parts of Murray International went into receivership with debts of 954 million pounds.
We all know that the Rangers Board and Management today ( and.indeed, going back to the 60’s) have an unhealthy obsessation about defeating Celtic. In the 1960’s and 70’s Rangers bought star player after star player from every team in Scotland to defeat Jock Stein’s team ,Charles Green spent 25 million pounds to beat Celtic in case they drew Celtic in the Scottish Cup and the current board have spent 30 million pounds(they don’t have) incurring losses of 11 and 16 million pounds in the last two years.Defeat in the next round of the Europa Cup and/or failure to win the SPL title could not only threaten their own future but also that of the whole of Scottish football.
These so-called journalists will soon be out on the streets competing with the big issue sellers as the crappy red tops disappear due to a lack of sales and credible stories, no great loss
When the book does arrive, it might be interesting to see how far we have come as a society. I believe the The Sun withdrew serializing the last book criticizing Rangers and weren’t books destroyed in bookshops?
I may be wrong but I am guessing this will not last long in the public domain. If it does it will not be the book that should have been written.
Like Ulysses, Lady Chatterley and The Tropic of Cancer etc. it will have soon have to be purchased in a brown paper bag and under cover of darkness, in all “bad ” bookstores.
You’ll probably have to hide it inside a scuddy mag!! 😁
So Craig Whyte has a book out this week and here is the first squirrel story of the week to deflect away from it . Dave (TheChisler) chairman of the new club is robbed at gunpoint a good number of days ago but we are only getting to hear of it today coincidence or what . At this rate they will have run out of squirrel stories by the end of the week . But then again a suppose the so called journalists will take instructions from higher above as did Keith Jackass Jackson did previously and invent some more .
How long before a newspaper or broadcaster claims it was the work of Celtic fans?
The Gullibillies have been ordered to not buy the book by Keech. Strictly for Sevcopaths!
Mr Whyte was thrown every dirty underhanded trick at him and he walked away from the criminal high court an innocent man.
Mr Whyte cannot lie in the book or he could be sued. I would believe Whytes book before anything in the daily radar.
Is the former Radar Editor Waddell related to the sports hack Waddell?
Keech states he worked with Paul murray to research Whyte and it took 6 weeks to discover his dealings. Ffs every Celtic fan knew about him after five smartphone clicks!
This book is mandatory reading for every gullibilly who can read. There’s more answers as to why your club died. Why you were duped to welcome Whyte and why he was passed off as a billionaire, all by the Radar.
Keech has done a marvellous advertisement job for the book.
The only thing Jacksss forgot to mention was that he was duped into the billionaire status of Mr Whyte. NOT.
I held my nose and read the Keith Jackson article .
As others have suggested , it leaves more questions than answers .
So Jackass and his cronies have pressed the PANIC button already and the book has not hit the shelves yet . Watch as the so called award winning journalists congregate to shoot the messenger Mr Whyte down in flames without an apology insight.
Lol what a chancer Jackson really is . His comeback to this is I was only doing what I was instructed to do by people higher up aye right ya nugget. Jackson knows the brown stuff is ready to hit the fans (no joke intended) and it’s going to be messy. Trying to get his bit out first ain’t going to fool anybody apart from those of the tea-cosy beanie variety. After all those are the people that took to his headline Wealth of the Radar. Jackson has gone postal on Whyte today it’s a pity he never done it first time round and did some due diligence (a wee bit like the Sky thing with the subtitles always someone’s else’s fault) on the guy instead of taking instructions from above and slating Whyte now . The funniest thing in the article was when he praised the rest of the so called journalists at his newspaper and and the fake awards for fake journalism there . At the end of the day way back then Jackson lied through his teeth and forced his billionaire pish on people so why do we have reason to trust him and his so called newspaper now . Jackson should be sitting looking at his P45 just now not writing and printing more of the same FAKE news . No doubt the more Whyte reveals this week the bigger the hole Jackson will dig himself into trying to explain the dross he wrote . Let the fun begin . And to think Criag Whyte is not there to defend himself I wonder when he will get his apology. Where’s Kenny Mac when you need him .
Scudders. You’re posts are so much better without the bennies shite
No surprise to see brass neck Jackson having a go at poor Mr Whyte, the only one charged over events at Ibrox but who walked away a free man.
Has Jackson lost his mind? After all wasn’t he himself instrumental in introducing Whyte to the world as ‘a billionaire with wealth off the radar.’
Why the Daily Record didn’t sack him on the spot for making the paper a laughing stock we will never know.
The Daily Ranger is a laughing stock?
Thanks for the update 👍🏼
For the Record (no p/hun intended) the record stopped coming across our threshold when they parked the herse outside Parkheid’ and had the broken crest all over the front and back pages.
You get more accurate reporting in Viz or that plum fae 2angers TV’s match reports.
Wouldn’t even wipe someone else’s arse with it!!
Ahh from ‘full of excitement’ in 2011 …
To ‘full of excrement’ in 2020.
Always full of something or other : delusion, bravado, irrationality, entitlement, lies, cheating, corruption etc etc..
I had to have a good giggle at Amazon’s listing for Craig Whytes book..
It is their NUMBER 1 seller in ‘Business Management Skills’ category….
🤣
Jackson has shot himself in the foot. He claims the Daily Record is a bastion of truth and has won awards for being such. Then he writes this:
Within an hour I had rattled up a 1000-words backgrounder on the basis that I trusted the information being handed down by my own superiors.
He should he ashamed he even wrote this retraction, never mind a piece of pure fiction generated by a superior who has been outed by Whyte.
His 1000 backgrounder was nothing of the sort, if he didn’t do the background work himself. Given the fact it took him an hour to dissect someone’s life and publish pure fiction, means he should hang his head in shame and apologist to the people who believed he was doing his job properly.
Any journalist for a big publication is restricted by editorial policy, You write what the boss want out there, or you look for another job.
I thought the, “I was only obeying orders.” excuse was laid to rest and buried with the war criminals after WW2.
I see the Daily Record online is running a new competition, called SPOT THE SQUIRREL.
it seems that the rules are that we are asked to identify a story that deflects from truth, in the most bizarre fashion, and I think I might have spotted it…
Dave King has apparently been robbed at gunpoint in South Africa!
I’m not sure what the purpose of this story is meant to be, but it should take the heat out of some of Craigie Bhoy’s revelations for a wee while!
Tomorrow’s follow up will surely reveal that at least one of the perpetrators involved waa either wearing or trying to hide a Celtic scarf.
No – I’m almost 100% certain the perpetrators are all members of the Johannesburg Hoops CSC, and they were all wearing the famous hoops.😉
Or, if I may paraphrase Billy Connolly, a big boy did it and ran away. There are three more days until this book hits the shops – no doubt, three more days of hilarity will ensue from the – ahem!!.. – “journalists” at “Scotland”s favourite newspaper”.
My my, that Jackson article just drips with bitterness…..
Like eating a lemon and washing it down with vinegar!!
Wonder what his excuses are for the other pish published in his name over the intervening years?
But Mr Jackson explains his “wealth off the radar” comments. He was told to write this by his superiors and had only an hour to do so. So no time to check his facts. Just get the story out there and blame someone else afterwards!
