50 ways to lose your Liverpool lover

I’m hearing that there was a free and frank exchange of views at the basket of assets yesterday.

The Director of Fantasy and the Serious Professional met with their resident MBE.

Essentially, the agenda was that things were not going well and that this was, ultimately, Mr Gerrard’s fault.

The general tone of the meeting from the other two was “we supported you”.

Moreover, the ex-Liverpool U18 coach’s recruitment for Sevco was criticised.

Interestingly, I’m told that he countered by saying that some of the players brought in hadn’t been his choice.

Another fun fact from the Balkans!

Obviously, I have no view on the veracity of the claims or counterclaims.

I am merely reporting that the dignified conclave took place and the general terms of the discussion.

For sure, I doubt that news of this would see the light of day in the local media.

However, I have just heard from an impeccably well-placed source.

He told me that the green light for briefing against Mr Gerrard had been issued from a rather high-Level.

It could be that in a PR galaxy far away a new narrative is being constructed for the Stenography Corps apropos Mr Let’s Go.

Therefore, you might expect to see some less than gushing copy about the current Sevco manager should results continue to slide.

It is almost as if the criminal chairman wants their resident MBE To Do Walking Away and thus saving the basket of assets millions in compensation.

Of course, no one in the Fitba Fourth estate would never be a willing shill in such an enterprise.

  1. Oh come on Phil. Everything is on track for Stevie G and there are no problems that won’t be cured by 4 or 5 quality additions……according to Barry Ferguson, the voice of a football!
Kingco will dig deep into their pockets to back the manager…..bye bye Alfredo!

  2. So,We know that he was stupid enough to take the job,but surly,he’s no that daft that he will do Walking Away, and worse still;empty handed.
Let’s hope his contract is as airtight as possible and that lot haemorrhage money that’ll sink the rank rotten ship sevco to the bottom Davie Jones’s locker, never tae be seen again.
Noo it’s down to the ‘press’ to enrage the klanbase into demanding he goes and Sg buckles under the pressure, chucking it and saving sevco much needed spondoolicks. Oh how I hope he fights them every step of the way.

    Thanks again Phil.🇮🇪

  3. Will Murty be wearing his own tracksuit soon, or will it be one with the letters S and G removed from it? Every penny’s a prisoner, y’know!!

  4. If the yellow card handed out to El Buffoon is to be appealed as reported the Compliance Officer should be citing the Columbian hit man for deliberately making contact with a Dons defender before throwing himself to the ground clutching his face as if struck by his opponent.
It was a blatant attempt to get the opponent sent off and was 10 times worse than the incident he was booked for.
I’m assuming the officials either missed it or bottled it.

  5. What did King expect when he chose a rookie to manage when he went financially “all in”?
Another trophyless season but they can’t afford to give him his P.45. HH
