A new start for Scottish football?

For people of a Rangers persuasion the idea of the Ibrox club being liquidated is a disaster beyond their comprehension.

However for the rest of us on Planet Fitba we should be mindful never to waste a disaster.

Now that people are discussing Rangers being liquidated I think that it is possible for the discourse to focus on this as a positive development for Scottish football.
