I think it is fair to say that the away crowd at Fir Park at the weekend were revolting.

As mad as a March bear…
Despite their quintessentially British collective IQ, the strategic thinkers in the Ibrox klanbase do not seem to have gamed this one out.
Let’s say they get their way, and these two chaps are removed; who then are their replacements?
Mr Wilson is faced with a contractual shitshow in the summer.

He knows that he will have to bring in four or five first-team starters for very little financial outlay.
He is a director of football, not a magician.
Then there’s the wage bill problem.
In the summer it MUST be reduced.
Why?
Well, it is worth remembering that UEFA is watching.
This tends to happen when you’re on…err…a watchlist!
UEFA is currently scrutinising Sevco because of concerns apropos the Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations.

That’s not all, as the new ordinances, Financial Sustainability Regulation (FSR), are even more stringent and domestic associations are not the cosy buffer they once were.
Of course, the party line from the Stenography Corps is “nothing to see here”.
Now, if the intrepid chaps on the sports desks wanted to try their hand at some journalism, then here is a free tip:
Look into the situation with cash flow at Ibrox right now.
Ask your dignified sources in the Blue Room if they expect legal action from, say, an unpaid supplier.
Moreover, have they been using an invoice discounting service to pay bills as they fall due?
If the genocide choir at Ibrox have rationalised “the journey” since 2012, they must also have imagined what the destination looked like.
Consequently, they’re troubled by worrying questions:
Is this it?
Are we there yet?
Being simply the second best doesn’t satisfy their tragic addiction to supremacism.

That’s why they’re revolting.

If I remember correctly, it was Dave King who initiated the reduction of away fans to give Sevco an advantage at Ibrox.and it worked as Celtic were beaten that game against all the odds. As usual Celtic are being dragged into the debate. with McCoist claiming it was the troublemakers on both sides to blame. They can remember as far back as 1690 but not a few years.
As a rarity I ‘tuned’ into STV for a predicted Sevco line. “Ally McCoist & Kenny Dalglish”. So, King Kenny states after VAR talk re: Ange.
“Assuming clubs in the EPFL want him. Why would he go to a club near relegation, no chance of a cup. When he’s winning cups up here?”
Now don’t quote me word for word. But it was brilliant.
Don’t forget the Australian debacle too ! If memory serves ,there is compensation to be paid to the organisers for the Rangers’ non appearance … That’ll be pricey !
It’s all so unfair!
Micky needs a rather large, erm, Warchest this summer – ideally with lots of money in it. 🙂
Wonder if the penny has dropped yet: Beale will have to manage with the rump of Gio’s squad all through next season as well. If he’s lucky!
Ah, but they still have their stiff upper lip and their staunchness knows no bounds, this looks to be a shit show of epic proportion, with one hundred percent extra free.
On a tangent, I was amused to see the Glasgow times doing its best to hide the fact that there were sixty adults, dressed in black with matching balaclava within a stone’s throw of a police station that is of the type that can hold terror suspects and nobody noticed. These Govan ninjas were mobilising from cars to seal up twenty five doors with expanding foam, and not a soul seen it, no helicopters scrambled, amazing, maybe it was the people who are in charge of VAR moonlighting the Glasgow CCTV system…The dear old Glasgow times, asks no questions and puts it down to student hi jinx, how sad they miss the deeply disturbing truth about it..
Unpaid bills, anxious creditors, invoice discounting, possible court action. All very familiar. Wonder if there are any tax or VAT sums overdue too.
Have they paid back the covid loan to the Scottish government yet?
Not for the first time a clever use of “revolting”… chapeau!
