I had recently reported here that the Sevco High Command had engaged the services of a top-class PR outfit.
Well, what I read yesterday almost certainly was NOT their doing!
Firstly, Murdo Fraser MSP had an outing in several titles where he fed more red meat to klanAnon about the big bad SNP.

This collage of pish was all about the political fortunes of Fraser’s toxic party in Fair Caledonia.
After all, this guy is their leader.

Yesterday Fraser namechecked James Dornan MSP, and I’m sure the Cathcart politician will be drafting a response to this rather clumsy baiting.

The revival of the Conservatives in Scotland under Ruth Davidson was based mainly on a clear pitch of the Ibrox klanbase, and it worked to a certain extent.
Of course, Baroness Tank Commander will no longer have to face the judgement of the Scottish electorate as she has been elevated to the House of Lords.
There she will have a degree of unelected political power for the rest of her natural life.
It always amuses me that the Brits think they’re a bona fide democracy with that monstrosity in their legislative process.
As of, December 2020, there were 682 life peers in the House of Lords.
As of 2021, there are 810 hereditary peers: 30 dukes (including six royal dukes), 34 marquesses, 191 earls, 112 viscounts, and 443 barons.
No one voted for any of them.
Perhaps Murdo will be there one day if the voters tire of him.
Of course, Fraser has previous on matters Ibrox.
In the immediate aftermath of the Manchester riot in 2008, he was out there putting the case for the klan.
He said it was “questionable” whether the deployment of riot police was a proportionate response to the behaviour of some fans.

Oh, dear…
For the avoidance of doubt, Judge Andrew Blake, had a somewhat different view of the police response when he sent eleven Huns to prison for their part in the carnage that night.
“The riot police were deployed in full riot gear and struggled to contain the trouble and restore order. What followed was the worst night of violence and destruction suffered by Manchester city centre since the blitz. What came afterwards, the damage, the filth and litter was apparent to all who arrived in Manchester the following day. Many more than these 12 were involved.”
Fraser had a rather creative take on the riot in George Square last May.

Again, according to Fraser, it was a tiny minority.
I remarked to a colleague yesterday that I saw some similarities between what happened in George Square and the Trumpian invasion of the Capitol Building on January 6th.
This is what you get when you groom and gaslight a fascist underclass.
Red pills have dangerous side effects.

Meanwhile, the dispute between Sevco and the other 41 clubs over the Cinch sponsorship rumbles on.

It is clearly time to think outside of the box.
Thankfully, the captain of Dundee FC, Charlie Adam, had a brilliant idea:
Give more money to Sevco!

I understand that his inspired intervention came as something of a surprise to sources close to the Dee!
Dear oh dear…
In the last couple of days, I have spoken to three trusted sources who have the day to day responsibility at SPFL clubs, one in the topflight and two in the Championship.
They are all are utterly fuming about this shitshow and lay the blame at the door of the Blue Room.
I have several good friends in the NUJ who are very senior in the PR world, and they’ve all been involved in firefighting to limit the reputational damage to their clients.
With this sort of freelance operation on behalf of the Ibrox franchise, you can only feel for the poor sod who currently has the Sevco account.

The headline “SNP Government hand Rangers biggest emergency interest free covid loan” can’t be going down too well with many including Mr.Murdo Fraser MSP, how can this be that they are so hated yet the main beneficiary of the Scottish government and tax payers benevolence, the very tax payers the previous regime stiffed to a rather exorbitant sum.
How can it be that the most successful club in the world who died and like Lazarus rose and took up their trophies needed anything from anyone apart from that given by their blue nosed brethren? Is it again more works of the unseen Fenian hand, and the papist network? After all the Scottish press is under the control of Fenians according to some.
Surely they jest when they say that they “the peepal’ , and that quintessentially british brogue wearing organisation whose support have on many occasions used the terminology, “soup takers”, needed a helping hand, or any act of Christian charity and to the tune of a £3.5m hand out repayable over a period of up to 20 years from the SNP to help them survive, such indignity, humiliating isn’t it.
Why I hear them say bring up such a sad remembrance of the famine “Souperism “that philanthropic phenomenon of the famine that involved forcing Catholics who were starving to undergo protestant religious instruction before and during any nourishment they may have received. I bring up “Souperism” because maybe it was an opportunity to remind those with their impoverished red hand out and those who frequent the corridors and offices acquired by Charles Green of their position and forcing them to participate in something that is alien to them in return for their “record breaking remuneration” which they received interest free.
Yet another opportunity missed to educate those who know everything and yet know nothing.
As many have said before,” it’s the gift that keeps on giving”. The malevolent paranoia that exudes from these individuals who operate as sevco’s, official / unofficial PR agents is getting to a point of tangibility that shows quite clearly the panic behind the scenes is gathering momentum.

Note how the article tells of Celtic also receiving assistance but no mention of any amount received..
Celtic did not avail of this loan facility.
It was a puzzler why Celtic didn’t avail ourselves of this long-tern zero interest loan but perhaps this might be the reason?

Ah, thought as much, that explains why there was no mention of any sums given to them.
Aye Bob. And they’ll still be snoozing LONG after we’re gone.
Unless of course they have to rouse themselves at some future point to help form a Rankers III.
Hmmm,
as a lifetime Scottish footy player / supporter – and reasonably sensible – I am finding myself questioning myself on a regular basis: why do I even bother?
The SFA is – allegedly – an incompetent, old boys’ club.
The current SFA CEO has neither the qualifications nor the experience to be anywhere – anywhere – near that position.
Rather than repeatedly moan about it on social media, I have simply cancelled TV Subscriptions, and will no longer take my wife and daughters to SPL fixtures.
Possibly another family lost to Scottish football for good: the Hampden blazers snooze on…
I haven’t been to a game since Sevco waltzed into the top flight. The game is totally corrupt in Scotland. Sevco, without an ounce of dignity or remorse claiming to be Rangers, banging on about 55 titles and now apparently in their 150th anniversary year makes me sick. Celtic, with their fly digs about one club since 1888 are fooling no one. They are complicit in the same club lie. Old F**m plc is very much alive and well these days aided and abetted by a cowed, craven media and two so called governing bodies who showed just this week how beholden they are to the Ibrox operation with their clumsy handling of the new sponsorship row. A row between the spfl and Sevco yet they had to write to ALL clubs over the matter instead of dealing directly with the upstarts.!
