A guilty silence from the club pretending to be Rangers

It is almost two weeks since the Report of the Independent Review of Sexual Abuse in Scottish Football was published.

You can read it here.

I took a day to go through the 192-page document and then published this piece on the issue.

It was a harrowing read.

Celtic and other clubs referenced in the report put out statements within a day of publication.

However, since then, the silence emanating from  Ibrox has been deafening indeed.

Moreover, it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

This is the shameful side of the continuation myth from 2012 onwards.

If Rangers did not die nine years ago when the CVA was rejected, then they have, at the very least, to apologise for their corporate failures over the likes of the late Gordon Neely.

When the original Ibrox club was liquidated, 276 creditors, including the Ambulance Service and local businesses, were stiffed.

The Ibrox club had died, and that was that.

Then the local media soon fell into line with the Orwellian that nothing had actually happened.

Nonsensical terms like “engine room subsidiary” were coined to walk back from this essential truth.

It was and remained legal nonsense.

Perhaps the Stenopgrpahy Corps hoped that one day, like Winston Smith leaving the old man in the pub,  supporters of clubs cheated by EBT FC would realise that history had been obliterated.

That is why the report on child abuse is something to be ignored by those who cling to the continuity myth.

If it is indeed the same club, then Sevco Scotland Limited is liable for Neely’s crimes while he was employed at Ibrox.

The silence from the Blue Room suggests that they know they are not because they’re a club formed in 2012 from the body parts of Rangers.

Hence this was the correct advice to a victim of Neely.

It is worth noting that the point-scoring child protection vigilantes within the Ibrox klanbase are also silent on the issue.

This is strange given their gleeful ghoulish obsession with the subject over the years.

The comment below the original tweet by @magnusllewellin absolutely nails it.

Sadly, the child abuse issue at Celtic Boys Club was seized upon as a stick to beat the Parkhead club.

The Ibrox klanbase never did have any genuine concern for the victims.

Lest we forget…

  1. Darryl Broadfoot, explaining the Madden / Greece lack of protocol adherence, explained that they followed UEFA guidelines but later realised itshould have been done on the terms of Scottish Government. He said that it had been brought to his attention ,that, The Law of The Land takes precedence.

Hopefully someone can explain to him that The Insolvency Act 1986 therefore takes the same over the 5way agreement in respect of the continuation myth….. .aka the Big Lie…ie Liquidation.

The New Rangers are going for their first ever league title.

  2. To challenge something written by one who taught me much of what I know may seem unfair but IMHO it’s got to be said and so, Phil, I’d like to point something important out in order that the absolute Truth may one day come out.
The words from your post “If it is indeed the same club, then Sevco Scotland Limited is liable for Neely’s crimes while he was employed at Ibrox. The silence from the Blue Room suggests that they know they are not because they’re a club formed in 2012 from the body parts of Rangers.”
My point is they’re not EVEN a football club but merely a new company. Sevco Scotland Limited (SC425159) did indeed buy the distressed assets of Rangers FC (IL) SC004276 now under the name of RFC 2012 PLC (IL). Sevco Scotland Limited played its 1st game of football EVER vs Brechin on 29th July 2012 and had NO PRIOR HISTORY in football anywhere. Sevco Scotland Limited changed its name to The Rangers Football Club Limited 2 days after playing Brechin. NEVER a football club, only a company who had NO RIGHT to enter Scottish football at all. Just a series of sleights of hand by many individuals with the ‘blessing’ of Peter Lawwell and others at Celtic FC. Amongst other things, the lie is proven to be a lie by the TWO disparate Company Numbers noted above.
Looking forward to winning the SPL title, its 1st Title EVER in 2021, after fraudulently entering a football league when not entitled to do so in 2012. Cheats before 2012, cheats in 2012 and CHEATS forever after. Call yourselves whatever you want, CHEATS FC works for me. A blight on Scottish Football with your ‘brothers’ in the SFA, SPFL, Scottish Government, Scottish Mainstream Media, Lanarkshire Referees, Celtic FC and all the other genuine Football Clubs in Scotland who shamelessly facilitated the cheating. BURY YOUR HEADS IN ABSOLUTE SHAME.

  4. I read a piece that jackass wrote supposedly urging sevco to apologise but actually it was mostly about how much worse celtic were to blame, as sevco had only let one pervert slip under the radar
    He’s still point scoring

  5. Great insight into the thinking of the average attendees to Ibrox. On social media platforms their fan base are either ignoring the subject, still denying it took place or claiming the fact no one who was employed at Ibrox has ever been convicted absolves them of criticism, I know, but that’s the mentality of these pepul.

On another note, are the media, newspapers, journalists, duty bound to report the truth and not deliberately distort the facts.

A simple look at who Rangers were when they were formed, what became of them when they were incorporated, what happened when David Murray changed their status to a PLC, the fact that the club Murray sold to Craig Whyte is the same PLC he created, therefore they’re the same club who were incorporated in 1899.

No engine room thingimy. No holding company who run the football club.
Just a football club formed in 1872 by 4 Lads who created a monster.

Is there any journalistic ombudsman who the public can raise concerns with, regarding the blatant lie of continuation and the celebrated #55.

  6. I did notice on Saturday that ‘The Scottish Sun’ online had two articles – sided by side – about the Independent Review: one was about the CFC allegations and the other was about the RFC allegations.

The CFC article had 140+ Comments the last time I looked.

The TRFC article had zero Comments… because the Comments function had been disabled for this particular article.

Just another blatant example of the ever-compliant, dishonest SMSM.
