I’m told that this is not the first time that “Alfie” has been AWOL this season.
A very well placed source informed me a few weeks ago that he had been granted some leave to travel to his homeland and meet up with his teammates in Dubai.

In many ways, I’m told that Alfredo’s special treatment was a releaser cue for other things that then unfolded at the training camp amongst the rest of the squad.
Just like this week, the striker turned up late to the winter training camp.
I’m also told that he looked somewhat gordito when he arrived in the Gulf state to re-join the rest of the Gumtree Galacticos.
Unsurprisingly this unprofessional conduct did not go down well with his teammates.
Not only was he being shown preferential treatment but int return it looked as if he was extracting la orina.
Now, the Ibrox klanbase have little to keep them warm for the rest of this season.
