Understandable tensions in the Blue Room

I was saddened to hear that there was a less than brotherly exchange in the Sevco High Command at the weekend.

Family disputes can be especially upsetting and can be difficult to repair at times.

Apparently the Conveyancing Consigliere and an offshore colleague got to the accusatory finger jabbing stuff rather quickly.

I’m told that someone intervened and suggested that they both take a time out and by that, I don’t mean chocolate biccies.

For the uninitiated, the brilliant legal mind who signed up to the Sevco car boot sale is Mr King’s sole representative in the Blue Room these days.

He might have felt rather isolated at the regular Friday conclave as his Johannesburg based boss did not dial into the meeting.

Actually, I’m not surprised that things are getting tense Sevco High Command at the moment.

After all, there are various helpings of bad news to come down the pipe.

I do hope that they get it sorted out between them as Brothers should always be Close when storm clouds are gathering.

  1. Good Evening Phil,

I really enjoying following your blog each day although I seldom post any comments, however I recall one of your earlier bulletins in which you suggested today the 23rd that Sevco would know the extent of the damages they would be accountable in the SDI case.
Was there are a court sitting to day or has it been postponed, cannot wait to hear the outcome.

  2. Wonder when Judge Lionel Persey will rule on the figure needed to siate MA? I’m sure none of SM will be looking to publish this hopefully damning sum.

Me? I can’t wait to hear the good news

  3. Your piece demonstrates exactly why I salute Fergus. The man who stopped Rangers bid for 10 in a row and set in place the foundations to stop Sevco from achieving to stop 10 in a row
