European troubles and a cut price hitman

As I stated earlier today there might be a serious reason for this deflection fest from Mr King.

After I uploaded the last piece a trusted source contacted me and said that I was on the right track with my questions to UEFA.

He also told me that the mood behind the scenes in the Blue Room was anything but harmonious.

Certainly not all brethren together.

One Stateside brother urgently requires his loan to be paid back.

If we should follow the money at Ibrox then selling a deadly Colombian striker for £1.7m might be an indication of the state of financial play.

Oh, that’s £1m up front rising to £1.7m.

For the avoidance of doubt….

  1. Kheredine? Kheredine? Where art thou?

You presented your story re the non existent hyper inflated offer for Morales, having checked with the Chinese club. Well that’s what you said.

Within a couple of hours you retract your story on the basis of offer written on a piece of Ibrox toilet paper. The entitled and probably your own editorial managers must have scared you shitless.
Everybody in planet fitba knew that your original story was spot on and that what followed was pure level 5 bollocks.

Morelos’ value plummets from 11-15 million pounds down to £1 million or round about £2.50 in no time at all.
Thank the Great Manitou for The bloggers like Phil who root out these stories.

Those who call themselves journalists, and there are a few, but not in any of our media outlets , should go to the Oxford Dictionaries or any other, and look up the definition for JOURNALISTS.

Thanks Phil for another excellent piece.

  2. Judge Brian Southwood and two assessors included in their opinion on King the following …

“whose evidence should not be accepted on any issue unless it is supported by documents and other objective evidence”

“on any issue” – this speaks to the entire modus operandi of the man.

Our broadcast and newspaper writers and editors avoid asking for “documents and other objective evidence”, preferring to cut and paste a press statement with no independent checks on truthfulness. It is really an embarrassment for those who ply the journalist trade in this particular area.

  3. it would not surprise me if dave pulls them out of europe saying its his decision and they can make more money and give the players better experience by playing high profile friendlies on euro nights, and how the media will string out what a good deal £1.7 mill really is

  5. Don’t you just love the Daily Radar’s use of language when talking up Rangers transfer business.
Apparently Gerrard has already snared Arfield, MacGregor and Murphy.
However there is no indication of how long each player will take to recover from the injuries sustained.
Would it not be less painful if they lassooed the transfer targets instead?
Does the Ibrox club actually still have a professional PR company acting on it’s behalf?
You set the scene for a Stevie G welcome party then the day before announce the Miller and Wallace fines with talk of appeals, players union involvement and employment tribunals. Great timing guys!
Now apparently Gerrard is on transfer business taking in matches at the unders tourney in France, as if thats what they need.
What about Skrtel, Goldson, MacBurnie, Rhodes, the guys who will cost real money?
Welcome to the crazy world of Ibrox Stevie. Forget the professional approach you have enjoyed at Liverpool throughout your career, you are now in Dave King territory where anything goes and court cases are ten a penny.
It really does appear that he hasn’t a clue what he’s signed up for.
Perhaps Macca has been filling his head with how big Rangers are, blah, blah, not understanding that his No 2 is talking about Oldco.
There is constant chat in the media that McAllister has his ear to the ground on all things Scottish football. Really, where’s the evidence to support this fallacy?

    • No, StevieG is not, primarily, on transfer business. The real reason is away he is completing part of his UEFA pro license which he says himself “I’m halfway through. This time next year I’ll be finished but it’s in blocks so you can’t crash course it.”

      https://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/competitions/premiership/new-rangers-boss-steven-gerrard-in-toulon-scouting-mission-1-4748699

How good would it look if it were reported he was doing coaching badges? Why not say he’s scouting and just adding on the coaching course while there. That looks better for sevconuts.

Now, I may not have read this properly but I did seem to see that a UEFA pro license is required to manage in the CL and Europa league. Can anyone confirm that and if so how will sevco get round the issue? Maybe by realising they will not be competing anyway and King’s recent press releases are a smokescreen to make it look like compromised scottish football authorities and by association, Celtic, are to blame.

  8. If the player goes for 9m less than his announced value is there a mechanism in place for the depreciation to be written off? I know English clubs have to include in any business proposal, but not sure how the football laws in Scotland work.

If it can be written off the loss can prove beneficial to Mr. King. 1.7m in the bank and a 9.3m credit with the tax man or financiers.

Whits Stevie Gee doing Phil Whits he doing…..

I have always said that Sevconians hate us more than they love their own.
Their hyperactivity quickly removes any detrimental comments in relation to all things hun like and their ANGER heightens to anything remotely Irish catholic.

As and when they collapse again it will be our fault.
They relinquish accountability and responsibility to proport supremacy.

They believe they are the people alas we are better people.
    Ten will hurt.

I know it’s funny but Phil how about you give us a chapter or two from your upcoming novel or give us your thoughts on the many issues surrounding brexit, gun law, puppy farming, quality of milk, broadband speeds. Oh then get back to having a laugh at them. Almost daily posts exposing them is to much for me to take?‍♂️

Well, personally speaking,I’m no too sure IF I’D believe him!!

In fact I’d need tae have it verified by another Unfit Lying Cheating Chairman
(ULCC)from another SPFL club,Budge or Milne could fit that bill.

Those who have ponied up to date can kiss their soft loans goodbye. They have burnt their money, yet the club finds itself in the worst position it’s been in since the previous incarnation crashed and burnt.
Still there is no acceptance that everything that’s happened to them was self inflicted.
Instead of reflecting on the mistakes that have been made they have to pin the blame on someone, anyone else.
When history records the contribution of the current board it will not read well.
The brand is more toxic than it’s ever been.
Soft loans have dried up, Close Bros might be good for some more money but the only assets available for security are the stadium and Murray Park.
I wonder if Dave will show up tomorrow for the welcome to Stevie G party.
That of course could result in Gerrard biting his ear about the failure to secure his main targets or worse if TOP/COS have lost patience with the Castlemilk entrepreneur and are on his case.
King failed the fit and proper test to be Chairman of the football club which the SFA never announced publicly but there was nothing they could do to prevent him being Chairman of the holding company.
He’s acted as a Shadow Director of the football club ever since whilst the SFA has stood on the sidelines and let him get on with it.
Now that the charges have been laid against the football club what’s the status of Alistair Johnston who we were told had not been given F&P status?

If so, why have I never heard of, nor, sighted their “deadly” one?!
The shot shy, pie in the sky, not very good Alfredo Morelos is the only Colombian I knew to be plying his trade with the journeymen outfit over Govan way.

  17. Evening Phil from the “Dear Green Place.” What a week eh? Conflicts of interest all over the place printed by our MSSM and not one challenge. Obviously there a raft of explanations on what a good Journalist should do, but below is a link and a salient point.

    http://www.robertniles.com/journalism/

“The most important characteristic shared by good journalists is curiosity. Good journalists love to read and want to find out as much as they can about the world around them”

All this talk in our “Free and Independent Press” on “Conflicts of Interest” and wild statements from a convicted fraudster who is Chairman of a “Holding” Company and not a Club and they really don’t get it do they. Should they not be challenging these statements? Should they not be asking for facts, as the SPFL have just done in their response?

Corrupt, Complicit, and institutionally Sectarian and a disgrace to The Journalistic Profession and Scotland. Then again, watch tomorrow when the “Messiah” arrives. I love it me, it will all come crumbling down “Big Time” shortly. HH and keep safe.

Hope the SFA take a leaf out of their books with the licence….

  19. No word yet on who has been issued European licences from the sfa.
Liked the hitman bit in the headline gave me a good chuckle.
A question if I may, would sevco have a right to appeal if they were refused a licence, or would it automatically go to next eligible team. Sorry that’s two questions

  20. Phil,
please, please be factual. The deadly Colombian striker viz Alphonsus More or Less will set you back 11 million plus.
Word on the street is that Gerard is to be given elocution lessons in an attempt to dilute his guttural/nasal Scouse accent.
Some of the dignified brethren are concerned that mucus may seep from his mouth……nothing green around Peepulbrox. Mind you, it would be a refreshing change from Diarrhoea Dave.

  21. Nonsense Phil.

We all know the striker in question is worth £11m plus £11m foreigner levy. His value will only have increased since then.

  22. If the £11m bid was real (No sniggering at the back..) then glib has cost his financially stricken club £9m in around 6 months. So,pure lies or gross incompetence, either way doesn’t look good for the chairman.
Probably a story in there somewhere if the press could be arsed…..
