Mr Gerrard will soon take up his new position at Sevco.
In the season ticket marketing department…
The summer ahead is all about generating maximum revenue from The People.
Consequently, you can expect the squirrel squadron to be on overtime overhead.
As I have written here recently, the Sevco High Command are now onlookers, just like the rest of us.
It would be safe to say that the anti-King faction is now the anti-Gerrard faction.
Not that they wish any ill will towards the ex-Liverpool player.
Rather they did not approve of his appointment.
Indeed they were not even aware of the initial moves to Liverpool by their convict chairmen!
Now the Blue Room chaps look on and wonder what the next instalment of this trainwreck will bring upon them.
It is almost as of their esteemed chairman has run out of fucks to give.
There is no doubt that this summer will be wonderful for the Sevco customer base.
It always is when there are no football matches to be played.
This time last year Pedro’s men were going to storm Europe.
Then, of course, they met with little Progrès.
If you prefer your schadenfreude in Sevco flavour then this is the time of year for screen grabs!
Some of them never get old.
Ever….

I’m glad to report that my publisher has been blown away by the scale of the pre-orders for The Squad.
You lot are mighty.

Many thanks.

Got my copy ordered too, perfect timing for a good poolside read on my family holiday to Dubai at the start of July.
Hold it! You’ve got a new book out? Somewhere out there Halloween Houston is painting his bedsheets for a protest and John James is busy penning an open letter…
Good luck with it mo chara.
Book ordered Phil. Should be just perfect as a companion while doing some fishing on the River Moy. Keep up the good work Mo Chara !

Flying out to the States July 1st, now I have my book for the flight
All the best with it, Phil
🙂
Many thanks.
Safe travels.
There are Stateside scenes in the novel.
As I’ve stated previously , I certainly do like my schadenfreude Ibrox flavored. Therefore, I just can’t get enough of the Rangers * “developing omnishambles ” updates.
My order for “The squad” is in.
As I get older I find it increasingly difficult to find the appropriate Christmas present for certain fiends and family members. It’s always very pleasing when something perfect comes along. Of course, there’s a copy for me too. Not sure if I can wait til crimbo though.
Keep up the good work Phil.
This is the time of year we sell most of our mountain of “ Magic Beans.”
The old currants just love them. Just can’t get enough! Lol
Thanks again Phil.sun
Hi Phil
Will the book be available in shops soon. Will be in Glasgow in about a fortnight or so and could pick up a copy then if it’s available in reputable outlets.
Hope it’s very successful
Hh
The publisher has stated that The Squad will be available in all the mainstream outlets in Scotland from June 22nd.
Hi Phil
Cheers looking forward to it.
Many thanks. Keep up the good work

One wonders why the beaks at the engine room subsidiary allow the head honcho of the celestial holding thingy to so frequently and severely interfere with operations outwith his brief. It’s as if they can’t resist due to lacking a baw between them …
We might be mighty but we will never be as mighty as you, Big Man!
I read with interest the reactions from messrs Parks and Waddell I the daily ranker while the bold stance of McLean is a sight to behold and just shows, from Euans point of view how deluded the corp are. Likening the Celtic V Tribute act as a par with El Classico is El Classico indeed.
On the other hand Mr Parks gives a rather more composed, somewhat well thought out slant Mr Waddell goes all guns blazing which leads me to believe that your take on all things sevco are more than just great readimg Phil.
Are we about to see an implosion that the boys at Cern will be dissecting for eons to come?
Keep up the good work Phil, soon as kindle picks up the Squad I’ll be on it like a car bonnet.
Breath still baited….
Could the play be sell the extra season tickets for the broomloan stand then when police Scotland’s finest say it’s not on due to safety grounds all the stand or nothing give the stand back to hoops and play on the heartstrings of their fans to keep their money
