Questions to Sevco Press Office about ‘onerous contracts’

Today I submitted the following questions to the press office of The Rangers Football Club.

Can you confirm that a company called ‘Active Corporate’ was engaged as consultants by your company/club?

Can you also confirm that Active Corporate was paid £280,000 in ‘Consultancy fees’ regarding Edmiston House?

What were these fees were for?

Can you confirm that Mr Iain Morgan of Active Corporate required that a Mr George Angus to be recruited by your club as ‘facilities manager’?

Is Mr Angus still employed by your company/club?

Can you also confirm that Mr Angus then hired two assistants to work with him at your company/club?

Was one of those assistants a Mr Gordon McAllister?

Is Mr McAllister still employed by your company/club?

Can you confirm that Mr McAllister is currently on ‘gardening leave’?

Was Mr Angus involved in any way with the service contracts that were characterised by Mr Graham Wallace in the 120 Day Review as “onerous”?

Is Mr McAllister’s contract of employment also considered to be ‘onerous’ by Mr Wallace?

If I receive any response to these questions then I will publish it here.
