However, the trawl for taxes continues.
I have been informed by someone in football administration that HMRC have just sent out a missive to all clubs in Scotland to expect a further communciation in 30 days.
That letter will ask for information apropos “gross untaxed payments to youth academy coaches and community coaches.”
Of course the fine chaps at BDO may also have some interest in a certain conveyor belt of talent in Milngavie…
