Well now…
Done and dusted at halftime, dopamine hit on 97 minutes.
Scenes!
Compliments to the contributors.
When the ball hit the back of the net in front of the green and white visitors, there probably wasn’t a time zone on the planet where a Tim wasn’t punching the air.
Sadly, I doubt that King Dermot and his entitled dauphin would understand that explosion of defiant relief.
The fans are constant at a club where everything else can be characterised as “interim”.
Interim chairman.

As for the interim accounts, don’t mention the merch.
That is possibly something that Desmond might take notice of.
At half-time, I reached out to the lads on ACSOM for some grief counselling.
John Paul, Sean and Chris were in the same place as your humble correspondent.
Gutted.
It underlined for me that the club’s current ban on fan media is utterly tone-deaf.
In pressers, these guys will ask the pertinent, non-succulent questions that fans want answered.
In a parallel universe, Celtic have real professionals running the club’s PR operation who would tell those in charge of them that they’re making a mess of things.
Of course, in that same part of the Fitba Multiverse, Celtic wouldn’t have a hologram for a CEO.

It should come as no surprise that Desmond’s current executive search operation has received only refusals to consider being his highly paid office junior.
Probably the only one in the building at the moment who could communicate with Desmond without trembling in fear is our interim manager.
For the avoidance of doubt, there is nothing temporary about the Martin’s grá for Celtic.
At 73, he’s not there to polish his CV for the next move.
He cares.
Now, I don’t know if the data guys can put belief in a spreadsheet.
The difference in attitude between this group of Celtic players under the O’Neill and Nancy has to be, well, statistically significant.
We are still in this title race.
That, in itself, is remarkable given the self-harm of this season inflicted by those who are meant to have the best interests of the club at heart.
Cometh the hour and all that.
Thanks, Martin!

Way too many left footed players who cannot kick with their right feet ….which is a disgrace at professional level playing at the same time …6 on Sunday ! The imbalance lies with the other guys who are naturally right footed ,as they can at least kick proficiently with both feet . The ‘ lefties ‘ collapse in a heap if they are attempting to kick with their ‘ weaker foot !’ ( I despise that expression ).
Look everyone is suffering this season.
Rest Callum when & who with?
The multiple injuries has meant the fit senior players play.
Our main defenders have had no rotation either. The strain is showing on them all.
So give them a break and support them it’s not their fault, they need and deserve our support.
Our Japan stars that have been bailed out. They may just be out of form but neither looks interested. Indeed Hatate is self harming with cards & penalties. Both seem to have immunity from the criticism.
It is amazing we are still in with a chance – majority of thanks to Martin but the players who have carried us and kept going especially when all seems lost all deserve credit and all our support.
I think Calmac’s legs are weak, not his desire. Too many games, he needs rested.
I still believe the board have got what they wanted. making the ‘ old firm ‘ relevant again. downsizing to allow sevco to catch up as they never had a hope in hell if we acted in our own self interests. now making the old firm relevant again to worldwide audiences, 5 way agreement etc
Absolutely agree. They done it for the ten season as well.
I have always suspected the oldfirmism of our board. Always!
But when will the bold Mart address the big eared flying Disney character in the dressing room? There’s a few, granted, but three managers now seem oblivious to the fact that defending is the main cause of our struggles. It’s been developing for more than a year, when the wee teams started to sus. Now, they all know how to play against us and just need a goal for us to fall apart. We can attack well enough, even before we got the new Johnny Kenny et al, we just freaked out. It’s better now, but we’re still fragile as we wait for a big bad serious team to attack us like psycho killers. Thankfully, we don’t need to worry about that. Phew!
If you notice the defenders are giving the ball to the midfield who in turn loose the ball and the defensive players have to run back from the halfway line line. Due to the midfield players not good enough we have a new Peter pointer in mcgregor yet he is never criticised he is as slow as as a week in jail
Maybe if two centre half’s played a forward pass they wouldn’t have to keep running back they are both rank rotten.
