The Normandy Conquest

I think it is safe to assume that Charles of Normandy is having a good day.

This admission by the authorities in Scotland represents money in the bank for the man who founded Sevco.

I also think that is a safe assumption that Sevco’s dignified clientele were not talking the news well that Mr Green is to receive a public apology from the authorities and should never have been prosecuted.

Just like the tainted success of the Murray years at the original Rangers, it will be the British taxpayer who picks up the tabs for this legal shitshow.

I recall the late Paul  McConville advising me in  back 2012 that “Phil, this Rangers stuff will generate  between five and ten years of civil and criminal litigation.”

A learned chap indeed and sadly missed.

Charlie went from saviour to scum bag among the Ibrox klanbase.

This is what happened when he appeared at court in Glasgow some years ago.

Unsurpassed dignity…

For the avoidance of doubt, Mr Green has a right to his good name.

He is not guilty of anything other than seeing a business opportunity and exploiting it with élan.

Quite simply, he profited from the grief of an evidence resistant subculture.

In the summer of 2012, the Ibrox klanbase were numb with grief.

Full disclosure, I found that vista especially appealing.

Consequently, they were highly vulnerable to anyone who stepped up and told them that Rangers had not perished.

Of course, the mainstream media in Scotland quickly brought into the Orwellian lie that Rangers had not died by liquidation in 2012.

Indeed, they’re still at it.

Just to clear this up for the chap at pacific Quay, Charles Green and his Gallant Profiteers purchased the assets of Rangers from the administrators Duff & Phelps.

Got that Chris?

THE ASSETS!

Do try and keep up…

Initially, the media in Fair Caledonia had no choice but to admit the truth about the death of Rangers.

However, when the Gallant profiteers stepped up, they presented an alternative narrative that would allow all of them to bleed money out of the Ibrox klanbase.

Charlie and the Boys made serious money out of the creation of Sevco Scotland Limited which pretends to be Rangers.

The local media were quickly on board with the fiction, and so, it has continued to this day.

It is all about extracting cash from the gullible klanbase.

I’m sure that Charles of Normandy in smiling in his château today.

  1. I had a look on Follow Follow. They seem to have forgotten that you warned them they were being fleeced. In fact, I recall the disdain they expressed when you told them. First it was Whyte, then it was Greene.

  2. The Myth of Continuity

Alan Dewar QC, representing Charles Green at the Inner House of the Court of Session, has stated that ” The Rangers football club does not exist, it is an idea in people’s minds, a myth of continuity. No-one knows what the Rangers football club is, but it has no legal personality.”
Mr Dewar adds that ” you can only be the chairman of an entity that has a legal personality. Sevco Scotland, and it alone, bought the assets and carried on the business. The concept of the Rangers Institution continuing exists only in the minds of die hard supporters.”

So the man that bought the assets and subsequently sold them a pup has his brief tell a Court the facts.
    Uncontested facts.

  4. I notice no-one in the media is pushing for charges against the people behind the “malicious” prosecution. This wasn’t an error of judgement in the line of duty.

  5. Maybe Chuckles Green will treat himself to a third shirt to wear over his t-shirt, woohoo.

Whether below or above board there aren’t many business men involved in that klub that aren’t there just to squeeze every penny out of it and it’s follow followers. HH
