A beautiful conspiracy

I think it is fair to say that, especially since the epochal events of 2012 that the Ibrox klanbase has not been short of conspiracy theorists.

When the original Rangers died it was more comforting to think it had been the result of some Machiavellian plot rather than death by hubris.

A few years ago, I was sent a diagram that outlined this fiendish conspiracy.

Your humble correspondent was on this paranoid collage.

In fairness, it was easier to list who WASN’T on it!

When I saw it, I was reminded of the movie “A beautiful mind”.

When Charles of Normandy set up the new club in 2012, he had Deloitte on board as auditors.

However, they finally decided that enough was enough, and they posted this to the London Stock Exchange.

Winning friends on the journey…

No doubt the conspiracy theorists within the Ibrox klanbase will be convinced that there is some skullduggery afoot.

For the avoidance of doubt, Deloitte is a massive company with an excellent reputation for probity in all of its dealings.

However, that will not prevent the ugly minds of Ibrox from fashioning a new conspiracy for their crazy wall.

  1. No doubt someone from the Celtic board or
a member of a fans group or something like that will know someone connected to Deloitte to feed their conspiracy theory. .

    • Deloitte’s Chief Executive is called Punit Renjen
Punit Renjen actually means Punish Rangers in the Ancient Aramaic language of Christ.
Opus Dei have this tattooed under a Celtic Crest on joining the Secret Order.
I seen the proof of this on a bazooka joe tattoo in 1988.

      Coincidence?

  2. Phil

I was really looking forward to your inimitable take on Early Day Motion 370 by a DUP MP from your neighbouring country.

    https://edm.parliament.uk/early-day-motion/56847/independent-investigation-into-scottish-football

It is obviously of great concern to that MP that he uses his valuable time in these difficult days to raise an issue regarding a football club based many miles from his constituency. It is beyond me what his constituents interest could be in this EDM. Wait, well maybe not so far beyond me.

    JS.

        • I thought there may be more value in commenting on the waste of time by a DUP member in raising an early day motion in Parliament for his pet football team than in the semantics of my description of the 6 counties. An EDM that has gathered the support of a massive 1 further MP. Further raising the question as to what interest a Blackpool MP might have in said EDM.

I agree with your wish of one island one country. However, that is currently not the case and my description is, unfortunately, accurate. Please don’t chastise me for using accurate terminology.

  3. If it isn’t the conclusion the deady bears want then conspiracy theories by the dozen will be crayoned in all over their blogs. Bless them……………..they’re hanging by a thread and they can’t admit it to themselves, and we all know what the first step is in getting better. HH

  4. The Sevco-Rangers Board have been blowing smoke up their fans arses.

Will everyone who was stupid enough to go running to Sevco’s assistance come out and say they were duped and apologise to the SPFL?

    McCoist, DUP MP?, former players?

The Board didn’t want their fans to know that Rangers voted YES for the resolution. Therefore they created the whole stramash as a squirrel to distract. They realised fans might not buy season tickets if they knew.

    McCoist must apologise.

  5. Oh come on Phil everyone knows Deloittes are taig infested and are part of the problem that Rangers no longer call the shots in Scotland.
Still waiting on Park to bring his evidence to the table to back up his claims.
I think we will be waiting for a long time.
If Park has nothing to back up Rangers claims then he should be subject to disciplinary action by the SPFL/SFA.
Though given Alistair Johnston’s Fit and Proper status has still not been clarified by the SFA I’m not holding my breath.
I see the Dutch have called the league to a finish and no one has been declared Champions. No doubt this will be another straw grabbed at by the Ibrox club/company/thingy and their media friends as some example for Scotland to follow, whilst ignoring the fact that the 2 teams at the top are separated by goal difference, not 13 points, or 12 if you live in Gabriel Mackay la la land.

  6. 10 returns in favour, 1 against and Dundee vote in quarantine means the vote was passed anyway.

It also means Rangers or Hearts or ICT (2 out of 3) voted YES. And there was only one club who voted NO.

The SPFL/Deloitte should release the name of each club and its vote. Rangers and Hearts were desperate for the money and must have voted YES.

    • dundee’s vote was for the lower leagues This would have all been sorted out if sevco didnt throw a spanner in the works calling for all and sundry being removed from the spfl board ,this is all part of there voodoo delay tacticts they have dug up there pitch! Who do they think they’re kidding ,my bet is hearts voted no and it was sevco that abstained

  7. They are at it already…

Dermot Desmond has the auditors in his denial claw and had engineered another manoeuvre to keep down the mighty Rainjurzz.

  8. I can see “The Ragers” Board analysing the Deloittes list of Partners for any possible Celtic connection. The cry will be ” but Deloittes are not independent, they were hired by the SPFL Board. Over to the “Ragers Board” where is this Whistle-blowers evidence eh!

  9. They certainly don’t do irony down Govan way,
alleging that an investigation failed to show improper conduct…?!

And Mr. Nash and his Game Theory.

Someone should really inform the bears that their club/company is possibly playing a variation of a Zero Sum Game with CFC.

Unfortunately, CFC has accumulated close to the full sum,

…whereas TRFC now has significantly less than zero! 🙂
