For the avoidance of doubt, I cannot confirm or deny that the source the leak was from within Blue Room.

The SFA have contrived to sign a Secret Agreement in a Clandestine manor in order to facilitate and bolster a myth that Rangers Fc ( contrary to Business Law) somehow managed to survive Liquidation.
Not only that they have also let a convicted Tax Evader take control of said new entity and ALSO ignore the fact that in 7 years Accounts not only have they failed to post a single penny in profit but have also written off tens of millions in Debt whilst simultaneously dissolving their Investors shares to nothing.
All of this without blinking an eye or questioning any of it.
Who seriously thinks this shower of Charlatans will do anything to question either Dave King or the Entity he fronts?

and the risk to any funding shortfall assurances, [e.g. those provided by King]…
will the issuance of the audited RIFC accounts be delayed?
Last year they became public about October 30th.
Phil, There must be some mistake. Dave stated today that the TOP action would have no impact whatsoever on RIFC and, as we know, Dave always tells the truth!
