The vista of legal action against the chairman was simply too appalling.
The Senior Professional then observed that it was like being a steward on the Titanic and that all that was needed now was for the band to strike up ‘nearer, my God, to thee’.
One thing that we can be confident of is that the captain of the RIFC flagship will have a lifeboat to himself.
Just be on the lookout for “a glib and shameless liar” dressed as a woman.
