Rangers have appointed Robin Howe, a recently retired Chief Superintendent, to assist them in dealing with their bigotry problem. He was only appointed last Friday.
This move could be seen as the Ibrox club realising that they need further expertise on the security front.
Mr. Howe certainly has an impressive service record I am told and he is well aware of the problems that need to be dealt with.
