The three SFA workers caught up in the Dallas email affair who were appealing their dismissal learned today that they had been successful.
They were informed in writing today.
The same process that Hugh Dallas had went through a week earlier.
Mr.Dallas, as readers of this site will know, was unsuccessful in his appeal.
This revelation does, of course, pave the way for Mr.Dallas to take his sacking to an employment appeal tribunal.
This is a course of action, which my sources inform me, that he is actively considering.
A successful appeal for Mr.Dallas would, almost certainly make SFA Chief Executive Stewart Regan’s position untenable.
