Ah, the devil is still in the retail, dear reader.
Mr King was out in the media today feeding the usual succulent suspects.

Apparently, as detailed here yesterday, the price-fixing allegations from the CMA could not have happened on Mr King’s watch.
“I was absolutely not aware and, due to the Club’s’ prior embarrassments with retail, James Blair and I kept such a tight control over all commercial contracts that I don’t’ believe it was possible for Stewart (Robertson), or any other executive at the Club, to enter into such an arrangement without my knowledge.”
Given Mr King’s impeccable reputation for veracity in business matters, then we must accept that at face value.

No, seriously…
Now the new kit for the coming season is immediately and exclusively available from Big Mike.

Remember, that Ashley had been vanquished?
Nothing to do with the Rainjurzz anymore?

Remember that one?
I think it is fair to say that this piece of public data has not gone down well with some in the highly regarded toilet drinking community.

The poor dears…
As with Giovanni’s putative transfer budget, it would be advisable to ignore the Stenography Corps and carefully look at the verifiable public data.
I believe that Sevco NET SPEND on players during this window will give some indication of the size of the settlement with Sports Direct.

May I use your site to congratulate Rangers FC on their Sesquicentennial. Reaching 150 years is a massive achievement, not least since they have not played a game for over ten years. Who knew liquidation could take so long?
32 Red ‘Set Your Limits’ Surely the most fitting shirt advertising for a club that has no limits when it comes to morality or matters of finance.
does anyone actually know why they removed said stars?
Because they know what’s coming, is my guess.
It’s bizarre how many fans of that club hang on every word that man says .
Mind you they believe liquidation never happened ,blame anyone and everyone for the clubs demise all the while the man responsible sits and laughs at them .
All the while the football authorities turn a blind eye to all things ibrox related .
Whilst the media tow the party line
Judging by your last sentence I would guess that you do not know the amount of the undisclosed settlement.
Will that be revealed in the year’s accounts?
No need for you to guess on that matter.
I have stated repeatedly here that I do not know the quantum of the Sports Direct settlement.
It is a figure that is being closely guarded by both sides.
There are several ways in which it might not be included in the RIFC Year End accounts.
It’s an accounting and legal impossibility for it not be included in the year end accounts but what might be difficult to ascertain is the exact figure that was paid/agreed as it may be amalgamated with other “onerous contract” / “exceptional expenses” type costs.
It should be. I think their accounting year runs from July 1st to June 30th. Inevitably, it will be called something else in an attempt to hide it.
Hmmmm….. What happened to the five stars of unsurpassed dignity that used to sit on top of the club crest that they grave robbed from the DeidCoRangers? Have they finally given up trying to convince people that a 10 year old club has 50+ titles under its belt?
