It is no surprise that a group best known for banners would use that medium to communicate their feelings.
This was an impressive stunt given that some 92 CCTV cameras cover Celtic Park and the footprint.
As usual with the Green Brigade, they divided opinion with their antics.
Small hermetically sealed groups can suffer from a sense of self-importance.

Statement to follow…
What is undeniable is that the Popular Front for the Liberation of Paradise is not out of step with a sizeable chunk of the Celtic support on this matter.
The show of support from the board via planted stories in the media over the past few days might indicate a lack of immediately willing replacements.
I feel for Neil Lennon, but I think that this historical responsibility is weighing him down.
He just doesn’t look himself.
For the day that’s in it, I can hear my big buddy Paul cheekily giggling at this news.

Perhaps Mr Fraser should be careful about what he wants to be investigated.
Paul McConville was taken from us on this day seven year ago and the unfairness of it all still gnaws at me.
Yesterday Planet Fútbol lost its greatest ever son.
The kid from Buenos Aries did his talking on the pitch.
However, he also had opinions on the world around him.
Argentina is home to the most significant Irish diaspora community outside of the Anglosphere.
Therefore, Diego got our little island and out neighbour problems.
His hero was fellow Argentinian Ernesto Guevara Lynch.

Che, as his father reminded us, had the blood of Irish rebels flowing through his veins.
I was blessed to see Diego in his prime, in several matches for Napoli, where he taunted and terrorised the most cynical defenders in Serie A.
It was not a case of “see Naples and die”, but rather see Maradona and give thanks for being alive!
He was a pocket battleship complete with stealth capability and could become vapour in front of packed fences.

There will never be another Diego.
His untimely passing should remind us that we only have this moment.
So, use it well, dear reader.
Similarly, the folks in charge at Celtic should know that this historic season will not come around again.
These are strange times when I find myself having to write here that the Green Brigade have common sense on a banner.

Any of the long standing contributors to this site who have backed Lennon over the last 18 months who still believe he’s the right man for the job please stop taking the
Deludomel tablets.
The guy is not and never will be a miracle worker. Even though he did change wine into water.
Old rule of football if you have a bad defence, you play with more strikers
All you need for a great game is two good attacks and two great defences (1991 Scottish Cup FInal).
Maradonna vs Pele – no need to discuss just be glad we were able to watch them. (Crieff, Ronald, Messi, Di Steffano) runnners up but genius.
I guess after tonights shambles there may be a few more that agree with them.
No public vote of confidence from the Board means NL is going.
The Board should show some class: offer NL a decent payoff and have him publicly ‘offer his resignation’ and which will be ‘very reluctantly accepted’.
NL has undoubtedly earned the right to leave with his head held high.
…and if NL is leaving, maybe PL should follow – for his unprofessional recruitment process when filling the permanent manager role?
Leeann Dempster to take over from PL…?
Common sense or a sense of entitlement (pun intended)? Save the 10 – Celtic have no right to win anything. Deference is given, respect is earned. I cannot believe that they were so stupid to actually do this.
